The IT GLPI has been Discontinued for Service Desk Plus
Starting February 14th, the quickest way to submit a ticket is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No more logging in and multiple pages to get help!
In the subject line of the email, tell us what the ticket is about. In the body of the email, send us as much detail as possible about the problem that you are having.
Once the email is sent, you should receive a confirmation email that the ticket was created, and it will include a link for you view the ticket in our system.
If you would like to manually enter a ticket, you can go to winstonind.sdpondemand.manageengine.com
From there you can supply your Windows credentials (email login) to access the main portal page:
